About me

I was born in Pretoria, South Africa and spent my childhood living in various different countries. After having completed the IB program at the American School of the Hague, I pursued a BSc in Aerospace Engineering at the TU Delft.

Seeking a new challenge, I enrolled in the Biomedical Engineering MSc program with a specialization in Medical Imaging. On the 25th of March 2011 I succesfully defended my thesis titled: Localized Statistical Shape Models for Detection of Osteoarthritic Changes of the Trapezium.

I am currently working on a Phd focused on patients with Hip Dysplasia.

In my spare time I enjoy playing golf, going diving, socializing and playing with my computer.
